Leasing Consultant - Affinity at Copperleaf

Axis Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant for their 62 and older, active adult community - Affinity at Copperleaf in Aurora, CO. The successful candidate will drive occupancy and build strong relationships with prospective and current residents through relational leasing techniques, customer service, and community events.

Requirements

• Practice professional and relational leasing techniques
• Build strong rapport with prospective and current residents
• Collect and enter prospect information in sales management system
• Conduct individualized tours and follow-up
• Maintain community culture and provide excellent customer service
• Host and participate in community events
• Build strategic partnerships with businesses and senior housing communities
• Execute marketing activities and events
• Evaluate competitors and implement prospect-facing events
• Maintain property files and comply with company policies/procedures and Fair Housing Laws
