Leasing Consultant - Affinity at Keller

Axis Residential is a forward-thinking, property management organization seeking a Leasing Consultant for our 55 and older, active adult community - Affinity at Keller. The Leasing Consultant will drive occupancy of the community by building strong rapport with prospective and current residents, and working cohesively with community team members.

Requirements

• Practice professional and relational leasing techniques
• Build strong rapport with prospective and current residents
• Work cohesively with community team members
• Drive occupancy of the community
• Maintain accurate prospect information in the sales management system
• Coordinate depositor related creative follow-up and engagement
• Host and participate in onsite community events
• Build meaningful strategic partnerships with businesses and senior housing communities
• Use on-site property management software applications
• Execute marketing activities and events
• Evaluate and shop competitors quarterly
• Complete and maintain all documents required for resident and property files
• Observe the condition of the grounds, buildings and model apartment homes
