Requirements
- 2+ years of experience providing technical or customer support for web-based or SaaS applications.
- Strong mix of problem-solving skills and empathy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stay organized, calm, and focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity and initiative.
- Bonus points for experience creating content or videos, or a background in business analysis.
