We are looking to add an experienced Senior Commercial Counsel to our multi-national Legal Team. This role provides the opportunity to use your legal expertise and business acumen to have an immediate impact on a dynamic SaaS/technology company at the cutting edge of the cybersecurity industry.

Requirements

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements
• Guide the company throughout its commercial deal cycles
• Develop and refine the company's contract management policies
• Provide specialized legal counsel for new product design/deployment and on evolving commercial and regulatory requirements
