Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team in Tokyo, Japan. The successful candidate will be responsible for B2C marketing execution across our websites, driving ticket sales and supporting consumer and client brand awareness. The role requires a highly organized individual with excellent presentation skills, a good command of English and Japanese, and proficiency in photo editing and social media management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, content, or related roles
• Hands-on experience with social media, CMS, and website back-end management
• Basic proficiency in Photoshop; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience leading projects or small teams is preferred
• Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
