Job Description
Axsome Therapeutics is a biopharmaceutical company seeking a Regional Business Director to lead commercial activities for an assigned geography, establish a team of Account Managers, and execute marketing strategies. The RBD will be responsible for sales performance at a Region level and will be a product champion and exhibit business knowledge of the local landscape.
Requirements
- 5 years or more of field leadership experience
- Previous pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience
- Proven performance history in leading others to success through coaching influence
- Current or recent Psychiatry disease experience
- Successful launch experience
- Strong digital marketing aptitude
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
