MICE & Wedding Experience Executive (Japanese Speaking) | AYANA BALI

AYANA BALI is seeking a full-time MICE & Wedding Experience Executive with Japanese language skills to manage events and ensure operational success. This role involves target market outreach, event planning, partnership development, and business growth within both Japanese and international markets. The position focuses on creating and maintaining relationships with local vendors and clients.

Requirements

• Create and implement sales in operational activities for Wedding, MICE and events business
• Proactively target Wedding and MICE opportunities, especially Japanese markets
• Plan, lead and execute all Japanese MICE & Wedding events, ensuring all operational processes and procedures are adhered to
• Establish local partnerships and co-operations
• Establish business and market share for Wedding, MICE and special events business
• Establish and maintain relationships with assigned MICE agencies
• Fluent in Japanese, with a certified language test (minimum N2)
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
