As part of our back office team, you will be responsible for the smooth office day-to-day, from procedures to equipment to a positive atmosphere, and recognize the need for action before it becomes a topic. As a central contact point, you will manage external service providers, orders, calls, reception, and other tasks with professional enthusiasm.

Requirements

• Experience in office management, team assistance, reception, or a comparable position
• Helpful and service-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and decide
• Eigeninitiative, commitment, and attention to detail
• Secure MS Office knowledge, experience with DATEV desirable
