We are looking for a Senior Sourcing Manager to join our Procurement Team in Berlin. As a Senior Sourcing Manager you will use your skills and experiences to shape and further professionalize our young Procurement team and help to strategically shape and optimize our supplier relations.
Requirements
- Lead strategic supplier communications together with the respective business teams, developing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships across categories.
- Manage complex sourcing projects, including RFPs, supplier selection, and high-value contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement strategies align with business objectives.
- Monitor supplier performance and lead improvement initiatives in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
- Identify and mitigate supplier risks, ensuring business continuity.
- Drive innovation and value creation through supplier collaboration and market insights.
