Human Resources Business Partner (12 Month Contract)

Babcock Canada is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support client groups of professional employees located throughout Canada. The ideal candidate will have a diploma/degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or a related field, and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in HR with at least 4 years in a similar HRBP role.

Requirements

• Diploma/degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Current CHRP/CPHR professional designation
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in HR with at least 4 years in a similar HRBP role directly supporting a customer group
• Experience working in the Aviation industry, a federally regulated industry, or military
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally via all means of communication and to a variety of customers
