Designing safety-critical systems that protect people, communities, and the future. As a Principal Electrical, Control and Instrumentation Engineer, you'll be a key contributor to a major civil nuclear decommissioning programme. You'll work within a multidisciplinary team to develop and integrate complex mechanical systems, applying innovative engineering solutions to support the safe deconstruction and futureproofing of nuclear facilities.
Requirements
- Promote effective collaboration across Engineering and other functional teams
- Interface with customers and the supply chain on design issues and support procurement specifications
- Ensure correct application of procedures, codes and standards to technical and engineering activities
- Contribute to product safety assessments and act as a technical interface with stakeholders
- Conduct technical investigations and analysis to resolve problems and improve designs
- Drive process improvements across the operational/design lifecycle to enhance quality and efficiency
