Job Description
Dymax, part of the Bachmann Chemical & Engineering family of brands, is seeking a Plant Manager for their Torrington, Connecticut adhesive production site. This role involves overseeing manufacturing operations, leading teams, ensuring safety and efficiency, and driving continuous improvement. The company focuses on customer intimacy and innovation within the adhesives market.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field or equivalent
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience
- 5+ years managing multi-function teams
- Experience in chemical processes and unit operations
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPM
- Customer-service driven, detail-oriented, and proactive
