BAE Systems is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage complex, enterprise impacting IT programs within our Information Technology Organization.
Requirements
- Strong project management experience managing large complex projects or multiple concurrent projects.
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum 10+ years work experience.
- PMP Certification
- Effective customer ownership, customer centricity
- Effective leadership of program / project execution, program/project success
- Hands-on experience with agile project execution, release agility
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Detail oriented, organized, disciplined.
- Proactive, problem solving skills, innovative, change champion
- Business and strategic plan development.
- Project finance management experience.
- Executive level communication and presentation skills
