Job Description
Seeking experienced IT Systems Administrator to support and demonstrate excellence to our Nashua, NH production workforce. Onsite role with limited travel to other BAE sites.
Requirements
- Daily management of the ServiceNow dashboard
- Providing clear communication during and after troubleshooting incident tickets
- Ensuring quick resolution times for incidents and requests through the facility
- Collaborating with other BAE IT groups to ensure IT assets meet security compliance standards
- Serving as a mid-tier escalation point for other System Administrators
- Working with Senior System Administrators on projects
- Assist in maintaining server infrastructure
- Creating and maintaining documentation
