Bailey Nelson is looking for Christmas Casuals to join us across our stores in Melbourne CBD and Inner East. We're a tightknit, down-to-earth team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Bailey Nelson Christmas Casual, you'll be working as an Optical Assistant, helping customers with their eyecare and eyewear needs.

Requirements

• Customer Experience: Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar industry
• Optical Experience: Previous experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate
• Passion for creating amazing customer experiences and helping solve their eyecare and eyewear needs
• Energy and positivity in a fast-paced, growing business
• Ability to effectively manage time and operational requirements without compromising the customer experience
• Problem-solving skills to help customers with vision problems
• Teamwork and rapport-building with fellow team members
• Drive to achieve results through excellent customer service
