Baird & Warner Title Services is seeking a Recording Clerk to maintain and record all recorded documents during a real estate transaction. This on-site position requires accuracy, attention to detail, and efficient organization of files. The role involves processing documents, verifying information, and ensuring compliance with local requirements.
Requirements
- 1+ year of relevant experience preferred
