Job Description
Bally's Corporation is seeking a Supervisor - Beverage Casino to lead the beverage department. The role involves conducting daily pre-shift meetings, maintaining staffing levels, and ensuring proper training for new hires.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- 2 years high volume beverage operation experience
- ABC certification at time of hire
- Good math skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good customer service and leadership skills
- Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations
- Professional appearance
- Ability to work weekends, holidays and nights as scheduled
- Pass a background check and receive a license from the DE Lottery
- Ability to speak, read and write English
