Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company seeking a Supervisor - Restaurant Best Odds to oversee daily operations, staff supervision, and guest relations in Dover, DE. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in high-volume restaurants.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- Two years of supervisory experience in large, high-volume restaurants
- Good math skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good customer service and leadership skills
- Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations
- Professional appearance
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and nights as scheduled
- Successful background check
- ABC certification
