The Senior Manager, Partner Growth is responsible for accelerating the expansion, impact, and performance of BambooHR's partner ecosystem.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in partnerships, partner growth, channel programs, or marketing in a SaaS or B2B technology environment.
- Proven experience scaling partner programs that drive revenue and growth.
- Strong go-to-market experience, including sales plays, messaging, and enablement.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, CX and Operations.
- Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior people management experience or demonstrated leadership capability.
