Job Description
Banc of California is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience and provide clarity, focus, and motivation to achieve branch excellence. The successful candidate will support the Branch Manager in achieving superior financial results and expanding existing relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or University
- Minimum of 5 years' of related experience and/or training
- Prior experience in a Supervisory position preferred
- Advanced experience, knowledge and training in progressively responsible branch management and supervisory activities
- Intermediate skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation
- Advanced math skills
- Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
