Job Description
Banc of California is a bank holding company seeking a Branch Support Officer to provide superior customer service, quality control, and sales and brand standards. The role involves travel between temporary assignments at branch offices within a designated region.
Requirements
- 5 years in branch operations is required
- Experience as a supervisor is preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Associate’s degree or higher strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of the operational regulatory environment with thorough knowledge of banking operations is required
- Ability to travel between branch locations, potentially across states; review and be knowledgeable of departmental and human resource’s policies & procedures is required
