Bancroft is hiring a Licensed Behavior Analyst to work in their community-based residences for people with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities. The analyst will be responsible for managing and overseeing skills assessments, behavior assessments, and treatment evaluations, as well as developing and implementing behavior plans. The role requires a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, BCBA certification, and New Jersey licensure in behavior analysis. Experience in functional assessment and treatment development is highly preferred.
