Licensed Behavior Analyst, Lindens Program

Bancroft is seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst to join its Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Center of Excellence. The LBA will work with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to direct the assessment and treatment of challenging behavior and skill acquisition in children with autism and related diagnoses. The role involves leadership and supervisory responsibilities, as well as direct clinical work.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• BCBA certification required
• New Jersey licensure in behavior analysis required
• Minimum of two years of related experience with individuals with developmental disabilities
