Requirements
- Collaborating with the Payroll & Benefits team during the preparation and review of international payroll runs.
- Administering international employee benefits packages and managing new hires.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and managing processes like onboarding and benefits enrollment.
- Acting as a point of contact for local office suppliers and maintaining a welcoming office culture.
