Job Description
High Rollers, a popular downtown restaurant and entertainment venue in Banff, is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of their business. The role involves overseeing daily operations, financial controls, staffing, and ensuring excellent guest experience and a positive team culture. Requirements
- Planning, executing, and elevating daily operations.
- Ensuring compliance with operational standards and laws.
- Effectively communicate and interact with all departments.
- Manage all areas of the venue and make final decisions on matters of importance.
