Job Description
BHC is seeking a General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Magpie & Stump! This position focuses on increasing sales, profitability, and employee retention while ensuring desired outcomes through discretion and independent judgment. The GM will manage financial controls, operations, people development, and guest experience within the venue.
Requirements
- Oversee the day-to-day business operations of the venue.
- Manage all areas of the restaurant, including financial controls, operations, and people development.
- Effectively communicate and interact with all departments, including the BOH management team and BHC Head Office.
