Job Description
Banner Bank is seeking a Banker to provide excellent client service, process transactions accurately, and assist clients in achieving their financial goals. The role involves handling cash, assisting clients with banking needs, and maintaining a reliable and punctual team player. It offers both on-site and remote interview opportunities.
Requirements
- 3 or more months of job-related experience including cash handling, client service and sales
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic skills in math, negotiation, and problem solving
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
