Job Description
Banner Bank is seeking a Banker to provide excellent client service and efficiently process transactions. The role involves assisting clients with their financial goals, selling Bank products, and maintaining a high level of reliability. The bank values employee volunteerism and has a strong commitment to community organizations.
Requirements
- 3 or more months of job-related experience including cash handling, client service and sales
- Previous Teller experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic skills in math, negotiation, and problem solving
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Note: higher levels of experience may be considered for a higher-level role.
