Job Description
Banner Bank is seeking a Banker I to provide excellent client service and process transactions accurately. The role involves assisting clients with financial goals through in-person and telephone communication, maintaining a high level of reliability, and working as a team contributor. Requirements
- 3 or more months of job-related experience including cash handling, client service and sales
- Previous Teller experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic skills in math, negotiation, and problem solving
