Job Description
Banxware is seeking a Credit Risk Manager to manage their SME loan portfolio, monitor risk levels, and develop risk management strategies. The role involves working closely with underwriters and analysts, collaborating with product and business development teams, and managing relationships with external stakeholders. Focus is on financial understanding and implementing risk management strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field with analytical focus
- Experience in credit risk management, ideally in SME or retail lending
- Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative underwriting, credit risk and portfolio management
- Proven experience in implementing risk management strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and good knowledge of German, especially financial terminology
- Fintech experience would be a plus
