Banyan Living is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain the quality of their luxury apartment homes in Cleveland and Columbus, Ohio. The role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to resident requests, and ensuring properties are clean and compliant with safety regulations. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are highly valued.
Requirements
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical repairs, and HVAC services.
- Respond promptly to resident work orders and ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
- Assist in the turnover process for vacant units.
- Maintain the cleanliness and operational integrity of the property’s grounds.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and manage inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Availability to work on-call shifts as needed.
