Job Description
Banyan Living is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to maintain and operate their upscale apartment communities in Cleveland and Columbus, Ohio. The role involves performing repairs, inspections, and ensuring resident comfort, and requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. The position is on-site with bi-weekly pay and benefits.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in residential settings.
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and basic HVAC.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Availability for on-call duties.
