Requirements
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs in apartments, common areas, and building structures.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies from residents.
- Conduct inspections to identify necessary repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain the grounds, including landscaping and snow removal, as needed.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
