Job Description
Banyan Living is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair their apartment communities. The role involves property inspections, repairs, resident requests, and maintaining supply inventories. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of maintenance experience (residential or commercial property preferred).
- Knowledge of general maintenance practices (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
