Job Description
The Integration Technician plays a critical role in connecting software, hardware, and technical systems to ensure seamless platform and product operation. This role involves assembling, configuring, and maintaining complex systems, requiring technical competence, attention to detail, and effective communication. The position is dynamic and adaptable, involving collaboration with various teams.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a technician, systems integrator, or in a technical support role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the integration of software and hardware systems, network configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in working with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, or macOS.
- Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Capability to use hand and power tools for hardware assembly.
- Able and willing to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds.
- Work under minimal supervision.
- Climb steps or ladder to reach products.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and fast-paced project environments.
