Director/ Senior Director, Trading Practices Compliance

Barings is seeking a Director/Senior Director, Trading Practices Compliance to oversee daily surveillance of trading activities and detect breaches of established policies. The role requires applying policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of investment adviser or financial service experience
• Experience with various asset types including private lending, private investment funds, registered funds, bank loans, derivatives, real estate investments, and corporate securities
• Deep understanding of the Compliance function and its strategic relationship with business operations
