RFP Writer

Requirements

• 2-4 years in RFP or related experience in the asset management, financial services, or capital markets industry.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Demonstrable project management experience including deadline management, stakeholder management, editorial capability and full ownership of proposal writing process from start to finish.
• Self-starter, must be able to operate at a high level, prioritise key tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Must have the ability to work independently on complex projects at a high level of proficiency.
• Collaborate with the wider global team on business improvement initiatives, team-level projects and RFP database management.
• Highly organised and able to multi-task in an environment of change.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Experience with proposal writing software – Loopio, Qvidian, Responsive, Rocket Docs (PMAPS) is beneficial.
