The Director and AVP will lead the strategic direction and narrative of the Athena Center, focusing on women’s leadership and student development.
Requirements
- Develop and lead the strategic direction and narrative of the Athena Center
- Lead a dynamic team of professionals
- Design and lead programmatic initiatives focused on women’s leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovation
- Oversee the continuous evolution of core initiatives
- Partner with other campus leaders to ensure leadership development is a core element of the student experience at Barnard
- Engage alumnae in mentoring and guiding students
- Build and maintain robust relationships with essential stakeholders
- Provide exemplary management of people at all levels
- Oversee the Center’s budget and manage financial resources
Benefits
- Generous salary range: $185,000 - $190,000 annually
