Director of Nondiscrimination

The Director of Nondiscrimination will oversee and ensure compliance with the College's nondiscrimination policy, investigate alleged violations, and provide training to students, faculty, and staff.

Requirements

• Knowledge of, and experience with, Title VI, Title IX and FERPA as well as anti-discrimination laws
• Supervisory and investigative experience
• Experience providing training and guidance on compliance with nondiscrimination laws
• Experience providing supportive and remedial measures for violations of prohibited conduct under Title VI, Title IX, and nondiscrimination laws
