Application Architecture Manager (Hybrid)

The Application Architecture Manager role at Barr supports the Information Systems group in a leadership role responsible for overseeing the design and development of Barr's internal software and cloud platform services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Leading software development in a solution architecture or technical lead role
• Designing and managing cloud architectures, with hands-on experience in security and resource governance
• Applying modern DevOps practices and building CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments
• Using source control and implementing software engineering best practices
• Evaluating architectural trade-offs to design scalable, secure systems
• Managing and mentoring technical teams effectively
