Job Description
Barry Callebaut is seeking a highly motivated Operator 3, Machine Liquid - Utility to join their team at St. Albans, IL. This role involves transforming raw materials into finished products, focusing on quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Minimum two (2) years food manufacturing experience
- Basic computer knowledge
- Trained in Quality/Sensory, preferred
- Trained in Chocolate Manufacturing, preferred
- Ability to stand on concrete floor for long periods of time
- Bend, squat, stretch, reach: frequently
- Comfortable working at heights
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Noise level exceeding 0.85 decibels
