Requirements
- Bachelor /Master Degree in Food Science / Food Technology
- Demonstrated experience in the Food Industry
- Knowledge of the chocolate industry is preferred
- Demonstrated capability in project management
- Outstanding presentation skills
- Experience in Sales or customer interaction
- Good knowledge of working tools (MS Office, Google Suite, Salesforce, SAP)
- Fluent Business English
- Foundation knowledge and qualification as a professional food scientist/food technologist
- Demonstrated experience in professional, commercial product development in a multinational FMCG company
- Demonstrated experience in the Australian and/or New Zealand markets, or similar highly regulated environments
- Commercial influencing skills (presenting, discussing, negotiating)
- Well-developed stakeholder management and communication skills, including in the communication of technical subject matter to a non-technical audience
- Analytical mindset with an eagerness to learn and take ownership
- Demonstrated ability to work in a complex, fast-paced environment with evolving customer requirements
- Entrepreneurial spirit and passion to deliver quality outcomes
- Consumer and customer-oriented mentality
