Job Description
We are a business-to-business company serving the entire food sector, from cocoa bean to chocolate product. We are looking for a Technical Manager to develop and deploy a roadmap towards excellence in asset management to increase factory capacity and optimize costs.
Requirements
- Graduate engineer or equivalent
- 10 years of experience in management and team management of maintenance and engineering
- Experience with production management systems such as Lean, TPM, Six Sigma or similar
- Experience in project portfolio management
- Knowledge and experience of digital maintenance and engineering systems
- Professional level of English, leadership, and change management skills
- Solid technical expertise and understanding of different types of equipment, systems, and infrastructure
- Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and operational protocols (GMP, HACCP, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, autonomous, and result-oriented
