Office Manager (New York)

Baseten is seeking an Office Manager to own the rhythms and details that make the New York office work, including facilities coordination, vendor management, and creating an exceptional workplace experience. This is a hands-on and highly collaborative role that requires a high bar for cleanliness and functionality, and the ability to work autonomously. The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, and facilities coordination, and will be able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, facilities coordination
• Ability to work autonomously
• Strong vendor management skills
• Excellent organizational habits and follow-through
• Experience bringing people together and creating space for culture in a rapidly changing environment
• High attention to detail and pride in running a tight, welcoming office
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Calm under pressure, adaptable, and proactive about solving problems before they escalate
• Availability to be onsite in the New York office five days a week
