Office Manager (San Francisco)

Baseten is hiring an Office Manager to oversee the rhythms and details of the San Francisco office, including facilities coordination, vendor management, and creating a welcoming workplace experience. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in office management and be available to work onsite five days a week.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, facilities coordination, or a related role.
• Strong vendor management skills, including working through issues quickly and professionally.
• Excellent organizational habits and follow-through, with comfort juggling multiple requests at once.
• Experience bringing people together and creating space for culture in a rapidly changing environment.
• High attention to detail and pride in running a tight, welcoming office.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm under pressure, adaptable, and proactive about solving problems before they escalate.
