Production Supervisor

BASF is seeking a Production Supervisor to deliver continuous improvement initiatives across Production and WWTP operations. This role focuses on fostering a culture of sustainable changes, implementing Lean methodology, and facilitating knowledge sharing. The successful candidate will be a leader and participant in LEAN/process improvement initiatives, ensuring improvements in efficiency and safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, or other relevant engineering field
• 2 years of experiences in process, engineering, and / or manufacturing
• Strong knowledge and aptitude of process and process equipment, LEAN methodology
• Leadership and organizational skills
• Capable of building collaborative working relationships
• Demonstrated high level of problem-solving ability
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High proficiency with MS Office products
• Willingness to learn digital tools and data analytic
