Job Description
Littelfuse is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee production activities, meet output targets, and ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 2-5 years of work experience, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily/weekly output targets.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain high standards of product quality and implement quality control procedures.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff performance.
- Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, planning, and supply chain.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
