SAP HR Consultant (m/f/d)

Welcome to BASF, one of the world's leading companies in the chemicals industry. We are looking for an SAP HR Consultant to develop and implement IT concepts and solutions for our global business with coatings and surfaces.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Business Administration with a focus on IT
• Deep knowledge of IT landscapes, especially customization and programming in SAP S/4HANA or Workday modules
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, using methods and tools for interface description and data architecture
• Global IT project experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish
• Analytical skills and a desire to work in a team to achieve optimal results with internal and external partners
