As an SAP HR Consultant, you will define or select the technically optimal implementation of HR processes, with a primary focus on implementing the HR Suite and Time Management. You will take technical responsibility for interfaces to satellite systems and work closely with the Global and Regional Process Owners of EC/XD and with the People & Culture digitalization teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or Business Administration with an IT focus
- In-depth knowledge of IT landscapes, especially customizing and coding in the SAP S/4HANA or Workday environment
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, using methods and tools for interface description and data architecture
- Experience with global IT projects is desirable
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish
- Analytical skills and enjoyment of teamwork to achieve optimal results with internal and external partners
