We are a leading chemical company looking for a Team Leader to lead a research team and support R&D projects. The ideal candidate should have a PhD in organic chemistry, post-doctorate experience, and a strong background in organic synthesis and process research.

Requirements

• Leads and motivates a research team
• Supports R&D projects with respect to route scouting, optimization, scale-up, technical packages & technology transfer
• Ensures right process safety techniques are employed before scale-up decisions
• Fosters innovation and comes up with new ideas
• Liaises with stakeholders
• Implements and ensures compliance with labor, safety and environmental protection regulations
